Passion for potatoes
After half a century, the passion for potatoes is still alive and kicking at Schaap Holland in Biddinghuizen. Founder Ben Schaap saw the opportunities Flevoland offered when the province was just drying out. In 50 years, Schaap Holland grew from a middleman to a complete production company: seed potatoes, its own varieties, sorting, packaging, peeling and transport: Schaap Holland manages the entire potato chain.
