"Every day I enjoy quietly leaving from my home town of Laren for Almere without any traffic jams. The A6 is completely full the other way and I'm not bothered by anything. The good contacts with educational institutions in Flevoland, including Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Almere, are very important for Hoffmann. "We are currently particularly senior in our company profile, we have many experienced colleagues. As a learning organisation, new recruits are very important. We are therefore working together with Hogeschool Windesheim to set up traineeships and are already using various trainees."
